Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Level Up Pro Mixing System and any other digital courses or products sold by SPL Mixing (Daniel Jason Booth trading as Mix Artistry) (“Mix Artistry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at www.mixartistry.com.

By purchasing, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy in full.

1. Our Philosophy

We stand behind our course material. The Level Up Pro Mixing System is designed to produce measurable results when you engage with it seriously. Our refund guarantee exists to protect students who do the work but don’t see the results — not to provide a risk-free trial of the content.

2. Conditional 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day conditional money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the following requirements:

  • You must have completed the foundational modules of the course as specified in the course platform (a minimum completion threshold as marked in your student dashboard).
  • You must have submitted at least one mix for feedback or completed the relevant practical assignment(s) as directed in the course.
  • You must contact us at admin@mixartistry.com within 30 days of your purchase date, providing your account details and evidence of the work completed (e.g., a screenshot of your dashboard progress, your submitted mix file, or completion certificates).
  • Your refund request must explain specifically what you applied, what result you expected, and what result you got.

If these conditions are met and we are satisfied that you genuinely engaged with the material, we will issue a full refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

3. What Is Not Covered

The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund:

  • “Changed my mind” after accessing substantial content. Accessing a significant portion of the course modules constitutes consumption of a digital product. We do not refund based on change of preference or buyer’s remorse once content has been accessed.
  • Failure to complete the required work or milestones prior to requesting a refund.
  • Requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date.
  • Circumstances where access to the course has been suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Purchases of any standalone tools, templates, or supplementary resources (unless otherwise stated at the point of sale).

4. Statutory Rights (Australia, UK, and US Customers)

Australian Customers — Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). If a product or service has a major failure, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL regardless of the conditions set out in this policy. For digital goods, this includes circumstances where the product is not of acceptable quality, does not match its description, or is not fit for the purpose described.

UK Customers — Consumer Rights Act 2015

If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom, you may have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to digital content that is faulty or not as described. These statutory rights are not affected by this policy. Where applicable, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or price reduction. Your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 may be affected once you have begun downloading or streaming digital content with your prior express consent.

US Customers — FTC Guidelines

For US customers, this policy is intended to be consistent with the Federal Trade Commission’s guidelines on advertising and endorsements. Where required by applicable state law, additional rights may apply.

5. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email us at admin@mixartistry.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Name]”. Please include:

  • Your full name and the email address used at purchase
  • Your purchase date and order number (available in your SureCart receipt)
  • Evidence of completed required modules (dashboard screenshot or similar)
  • A brief description of what you applied, what you expected, and what happened

We will respond within 3 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Purchases made prior to any policy change remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
