  • Booking data: Name, email address, and scheduling information when you book a call via Calendly.
  • Analytics data: Pages visited, time on site, browser type, device type, approximate location (country/region), and traffic source, collected via Google Analytics 4.
  • Technical data: IP address, cookie identifiers, and session tokens necessary for site functionality.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your student account and deliver your purchased Course (performance of contract);
  • To process your payment and send order confirmations (performance of contract);
  • To respond to enquiries and support requests (legitimate interest / contract);
  • To track and improve Site performance and user experience (legitimate interest);
  • To send you course-related communications, including updates and access notifications (legitimate interest / contract);

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For users in the EU and UK, our legal bases for processing personal data are:

  • Performance of a contract: Processing necessary to deliver your Course access and manage your account.
  • Legitimate interests: Analytics, fraud prevention, site security, and responding to enquiries, where our interests are not overridden by your rights.
  • Consent: Marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have explicitly opted in.
  • Legal obligation: Retention of transaction records as required by law.

  • WordPress hosting provider (Serversaurus) — Web hosting and server infrastructure. Data stored in North Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

  • Student account and course data: Retained for as long as your account is active, plus 13 years after account closure or last activity.
  • Payment and transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by Australian taxation and accounting law.
  • Analytics data: Retained in accordance with Google Analytics 4 retention settings (currently set to 13 months).
  • Contact form and email enquiries: Retained for 13 years from the date of last correspondence.
