Free Tools For Audio Production

MonoSift is a browser-based audio utility that scans your local folders to analyse and detect mono, true stereo, and panned audio files. It processes the audio entirely on your machine without uploading anything, converting the files into studio-quality 32-bit float mono WAVs and packaging them into a convenient ZIP download.

Note Frequencies is an interactive reference tool that maps musical notes to their exact frequencies (in hertz) across multiple octaves. It conveniently categorizes each specific frequency into standard EQ bands—such as Sub Bass, Low Mid, or Air—to help producers and engineers make precise, musically-tuned equalisation adjustments.

This utility calculates perfectly synced delay times (in milliseconds) and modulation rates (in hertz) based on a project’s BPM and time signature. Featuring a tap-tempo button, it generates comprehensive, copyable timing values for normal, dotted, and triplet note subdivisions to easily synchronise time-based audio effects.

This is a workflow management tool designed to dictate the optimal order of operations for audio repair. Users select the specific audio artifacts present in their recording (like electrical hum, clipping, or room ambience), and the tool generates a prioritised, step-by-step checklist of which issues to fix first based on a built-in scoring system.
