This policy applies to purchases of Level Up Self-Paced and Level Up Pro from Mix Artistry.

Both programmes include a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

The difference between the two offers is the level of support included.

Self-Paced gives you the complete Level Up system to work through independently.

Level Up Pro includes everything in Self-Paced, plus personal mix feedback and direct support from Daniel while you apply the system.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

You have 30 days to decide.

I don’t need to convince you that Level Up will work for you.

Both Level Up Self-Paced and Level Up Pro come with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If you purchase Level Up and decide within 30 days that it isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund.

There are no hoops to jump through.

You do not need to:

• Complete the course
• Finish a particular number of modules
• Complete assignments
• Submit a mix
• Demonstrate that you have done the work
• Explain or justify your decision

Simply contact us within 30 days of your purchase and request a refund. For a Pro upgrade, the 30 days are counted from the date of the upgrade.

The 30-day period

The 30-day Money-Back Guarantee begins on the date of purchase. If you upgrade from Self-Paced to Pro, your original purchase keeps its original 30 days, and the upgrade has its own 30 days from the date of the upgrade, as explained under Upgrading from Self-Paced to Pro below.

Once the 30-day period has ended, the discretionary Money-Back Guarantee has expired.

This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

LEVEL UP SELF-PACED

Learn the system independently.

Level Up Self-Paced includes the complete six-week Level Up Pro Mixing System, without personal mix critiques or personal mentoring.

Your purchase includes the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee described above.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to decide whether Self-Paced is right for you.

There are no coursework, completion, assignment, mix-submission or proof-of-work requirements attached to the guarantee.

Course access

Course access lasts 12 months from the date of your original purchase or enrolment.

Your course access period is separate from your refund period.

Week 5 access

The Level Up curriculum progressively unlocks over six weeks.

Week 5 becomes available after the 30-day refund period.

This is intentional. It is a deliberate course-access structure, not a condition of the refund.

The 30-day guarantee gives you an opportunity to decide whether the programme is right for you. It is not intended to provide access to the entire curriculum before deciding whether to keep your purchase.

You do not need to complete any earlier material in order to qualify for a refund.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to decide whether Pro is right for you. If you are upgrading from Self-Paced, the 30 days are counted from the date of the upgrade.

If you decide it isn’t right for you within those 30 days, you can request a full refund.

There are no coursework, completion, assignment, mix-submission or proof-of-work requirements attached to the refund.

No additional performance guarantee applies, and there is no second refund window.

Course access lasts 12 months from the date of your original purchase or enrolment, whether you start with Self-Paced or Pro.

12 MONTHS OF PRO SUPPORT

Support is part of Pro. It isn’t a second guarantee.

Level Up Pro includes 12 months of personal support from the date Pro is purchased.

If you upgrade from Self-Paced, your 12 months of Pro support begins on the date of your upgrade.

This is separate from the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

If you keep your Pro purchase, your included support continues for 12 months, regardless of when you use the support.

During your support period, you can bring your mixing questions, problems and work to Daniel for feedback and guidance.

The purpose of the support is to help you understand:

• What you’re hearing
• What actually needs attention
• Why a problem is happening
• What to work on next
• How to make better mixing decisions yourself

The goal isn’t for Daniel to simply fix your mixes for you.

It’s to help you develop the judgement to understand why a mix needs attention and make better decisions the next time you encounter the same problem.

WHAT PRO SUPPORT INCLUDES

Your Pro support includes the support channels and inclusions specified in the Level Up Pro offer, which may include:

• Q&A
• Email support
• Community access

Pro support is designed to help you apply the Level Up system to your own work.

It is not intended to provide unlimited private consulting, unlimited mix revisions, or an ongoing personal mixing service.

Support is provided within the reasonable scope of the Pro programme and through the support channels included with your purchase.

THREE DIFFERENT PERIODS. THREE DIFFERENT PURPOSES.

Level Up has three time periods, and each one does a different job. They run on separate clocks.

In simple terms:

30 days = your decision period.

12 months = your course access, from your original purchase or enrolment.

12 months = your included Pro support, from the date you buy Pro.

NO GUARANTEE OF A PARTICULAR RESULT

Mixing is a skill that develops through listening, practice, experimentation and application.

Neither Self-Paced nor Pro guarantees a particular:

• Mixing result
• Level of mixing ability
• Artistic success
• Commercial success
• Professional employment
• Clients
• Income
• Career progression
• Business or financial outcome

Level Up provides education, systems and tools and, in Pro, personal implementation support. Your results depend on many factors outside the control of Mix Artistry.

The purpose of Pro support is to help you develop your understanding, judgement and ability to apply the Level Up system to your own work.

AFTER YOUR 12-MONTH SUPPORT PERIOD

Your Pro support period lasts 12 months from the date Pro is purchased.

After that period, your included personal Pro support ends unless Mix Artistry offers an additional support period or another support option at that time.

The end of your support period does not affect your course access or your Toolkit access. Course access lasts 12 months from your original purchase or enrolment. Toolkit access and other Pro inclusions follow the terms described in the offer you purchased.

PAYMENT PLANS

If Level Up is purchased through an available payment plan, the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee begins on the date of your initial purchase (the date of your first payment), not on the date of the final instalment.

The payment schedule does not create a new or extended refund period.

Any payment-plan obligations, cancellation procedures or refund treatment are also subject to the terms of the applicable payment provider.

KLARNA AND OTHER PAYMENT PROVIDERS

If you purchase through a third-party payment provider such as Klarna, any refund will be processed through the applicable payment provider and subject to its processing procedures.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by the payment method you use.

UPGRADING FROM SELF-PACED TO PRO

If you purchase Level Up Self-Paced and later upgrade to Level Up Pro, the upgrade is a new Pro purchase. Your original purchase and your upgrade run on separate clocks.

Refund periods

Your original Self-Paced purchase remains subject to its original 30-day Money-Back Guarantee period.

The upgrade to Pro is treated separately for refund purposes. A new 30-day Money-Back Guarantee applies to the additional amount paid for the Pro upgrade, beginning on the date of the upgrade.

The upgrade does not restart or extend the original 30-day refund period for your Self-Paced purchase.

Course access and Pro support

Your course access remains 12 months from the date of your original purchase or enrolment. Upgrading to Pro does not reset or extend it.

Your 12 months of Pro support begins on the date you upgrade to Pro.

Example

You buy Self-Paced on 1 January and upgrade to Pro on 1 April.

• Your original 30-day refund period runs from 1 January to 30 January.
• Your course access runs from 1 January to 31 December.
• Your Pro upgrade has a new 30-day refund period, from 1 April to 30 April.
• Your Pro support runs from 1 April to 31 March of the following year.

The upgrade does not change your 31 December course-access expiry.

If you refund the Pro upgrade

If you request a refund of the Pro upgrade within its 30-day refund period, the Pro upgrade payment is refunded and Pro access and Pro support end. You revert to the Self-Paced access and inclusions associated with your original purchase, and your original course-access expiry stays the same. The original Self-Paced purchase is not refunded.

For example, if you upgrade to Pro on Day 30 of your Self-Paced purchase, you have a further 30 days to decide whether the Pro upgrade is right for you. If you request a refund during that period, the refund applies to the Pro upgrade payment, not the original Self-Paced purchase.

After the 30-day period following the Pro upgrade has ended, the discretionary Money-Back Guarantee for the upgrade has expired.

If you refund your original Self-Paced purchase

If you request a refund of your original Self-Paced purchase within its original 30-day refund period, the associated Pro upgrade is also refunded and all associated Level Up access ends.

Once the original 30-day refund period for your Self-Paced purchase has ended, that purchase is no longer refundable under the discretionary Money-Back Guarantee. A later eligible refund of the Pro upgrade would then refund only the Pro upgrade and return you to your original Self-Paced entitlement.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU REQUEST A REFUND?

If an eligible refund is approved and processed:

• The relevant purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider processing times.
• The associated course and/or Pro access will end in accordance with the terms above, subject to applicable law.
• Pro support associated with a refunded Pro purchase or upgrade will also end.

If you refund a Pro purchase you made directly, your course access and your Pro access and support all end. If you refund only a Pro upgrade, your Pro access and support end, and you keep your Self-Paced course access with the same expiry as before.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Keep it simple.

To request a refund under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, contact us within 30 days of your purchase. For a Pro upgrade, the 30 days are counted from the date of the upgrade.

Please include:

• Your name
• The email address associated with your purchase
• Which purchase you are asking to refund: Self-Paced, Pro, or a Pro upgrade
• Your order number, if available

You do not need to explain why you are requesting a refund.

You do not need to demonstrate that you completed any particular amount of coursework or work.

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is a voluntary guarantee provided by Mix Artistry in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.

POLICY CHANGES

Mix Artistry may update this policy from time to time.

Any updated policy will apply to purchases made after the updated policy takes effect, unless otherwise required by law.

The terms applicable to your purchase are those that applied at the time of your purchase, subject to any rights or obligations that cannot legally be changed.
